By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not access the website.

Reservations and Cancellations:
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Casa del Caballo Sonador.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made after this time may result in a charge of 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Rates and Payment:
Room rates are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in 50% at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
We accept the rest of payment by Credit Card or Cash on arrival.
Taxes and fees may apply and will be added to the total amount due.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card upon check-in for incidental charges.

Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are expected to treat the property and its staff with respect and courtesy.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

Liability:
Casa del Caballo Sonador is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Safety deposit boxes are available upon request.

Privacy Policy:
Casa del Caballo Sonador respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Mexico.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Casa del Caballo Sonador reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
